Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Accounting, Administration, Economics or related
  • SAP Certified
  • Experience with SD module default configuration for organizational structure, sales document, item category, pricing schema, formulas, copy control, shipping, availability check
  • Previous experience with Template Global
  • Advanced English

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the requirements of the business and functional areas to propose new solutions and mitigate errors
  • Write functional documents (FDD) and technical design documents (TDD) and test plans in English following the standards and methodologies adopted by the company
  • Configure Pricing/TAXBRA/TAXBRJ to meet Tax scenario requirements via J1BTAX for the Brazilian taxes at the Federal, State, and Municipal levels for goods and services
  • Configuration via SPRO of several Brazilian operation scenarios such as sale, donation, sample, consignment, sale and future delivery, sale against order, transfer between plants
  • Configuration of all types of invoices such as NF-e (Electronic Invoice for Products or Goods), CT-e – Electronic Bill of Lading, NFS-e (Electronic Invoice for Services), Complementary Invoice
  • Perform functional tests following the methodology adopted by the company, ensuring the configuration and operation of the system according to the technical design
  • Support users during UAT tests
  • Ensure that all solutions are tested and validated by the business areas, before changes are transferred to the production environment
  • Check if everything that was developed/configured was transported to the production environment
  • Identify and correct errors in the production environment
  • Analyze user incident calls, diagnose and provide solutions
  • When necessary, escalate calls to levels 2 and 3 of global support in the USA and follow up on the progress of the tickets
  • Support and guide users on SAP features and functionality
  • Create a positive relationship with business and functional areas
