Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (Master’s preferred)
SAP Certification for SAP PO/Integration Suite
Cloud Certification (Azure)
7+ years of Enterprise Integration experience in large enterprises
Minimum 4 years of SAP Integration experience including Process Orchestration and/or Integration Suite
Expertise in XI Proxy and IDOC
Expertise in B2B Addon for EDI including Trading partner management
Expertise in Netweaver Gateway with OData services

Responsibilities

Deliver SAP Integration operations processes together with suppliers (ITIL processes: incident, request, problem, change management; supplier governance, financial management, controls & compliance)
Engage in Global SAP Integration projects including migrations and new implementations
Assume P&G owner role for platform changes, IAM tasks, and recurring activities such as DR drills
Perform Operations and Engineering for SAP Integration Suite including API, orchestration, messaging, B2B
Lead technical operations execution of integration projects
Ensure operational excellence of EAI integration middleware platform in a multi-vendor, globally distributed environment
Review supplier performance against SLAs and contractual commitments, drive continuous improvements
Support escalation management, coordination with internal/external parties, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and improvements after critical incidents
Drive adoption of SRE concepts such as automation, monitoring/observability, eliminating toil
Collaborate across teams to deliver Integration Solutions at Enterprise Scale
