Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities
  • Experience serving as central point of contact for Salesforce operations, maintenance, implementation, and configuration
  • Ability to partner with key business units and act as subject matter expert for strategic decision-making

  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (e.g., CPQ, Appcast Portal, Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData)
  • Expertise in data integrity, security, compliance, and governance
  • Skills in developing dashboards, reports, analytics, and monitoring KPIs
  • Up-to-date with Salesforce trends, tools, best practices, certifications, and training
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders, sales, delivery, COE, marketing, Financial Operations, IT, Product Development, and legal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Execute long-term comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligning with company objectives
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects from scoping, planning to execution
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce initiatives, gathering requirements and providing solutions
  • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce products and features
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Stay updated on Salesforce trends and ensure team certifications/training
  • Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with stakeholders
  • Partner with business units to troubleshoot issues and drive cross-system synergy
  • Manage complex Salesforce integrations for seamless data flow
  • Drive alignment of Salesforce with other systems and data governance
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics
  • Monitor Salesforce performance and usage for data-driven recommendations
