Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience designing applications and algorithms using Python, along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience building infrastructure with AWS. They must have proficiency in SQL, database design, and table design, and a strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques. Responsibilities

As a Senior Research Data Engineer, the candidate will develop and maintain data pipelines and databases for data collection, integration, and analysis from various sources, constructing and managing AWS data infrastructure to support research pipelines and outputs, and collaborating with biostatisticians, data managers, and other team members to ensure data quality and consistency. They will implement data checks and listings, develop self-service data platforms, and create data platforms enabling external partner access to research data while considering security and data protection. The role also involves contributing to statistical analysis plans, conducting preliminary data analyses, serving as a subject matter expert, coordinating with production data teams, and maintaining a well-documented code base.
