A Bachelor's degree in reliability engineering, mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or similar is required, along with 5+ years in reliability engineering ideally within robotics, medical devices, aerospace, or complex electromechanical systems. Key skills include project management, cross-functional team leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, root cause analysis, working knowledge of mechanical assembly, hydraulics, complex machining, and Applied Design of Experiments (DOE).
You'll join the Operations team, reporting to the Head of Operations, in a high-impact role with strong ownership supporting product commercialization, NPI, and volume manufacturing. It's a growing organization where you'll shape reliability practices in a clean-slate environment with few formal systems today.
Strong candidates have 5+ years in reliability engineering from robotics, medical devices, aerospace, or complex electromechanical systems, plus experience with project management, cross-functional leadership, root cause analysis, DOE, and mechanical systems. A Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus, along with data analysis tools like MiniTab.
