Responsibilities

Drive all reliability requirements across different sub-systems
Work with design engineers to understand the physics of failure and apply them to designing accelerated test methods to represent field behaviors
Oversee the design and build of test setups for various loading scenarios (fatigue, vibration, shock, temperature, humidity, etc.)
Perform root cause failure analysis at different stages of testing
Prepare concise and detailed test plans, driving test execution, analyzing test reports, and presenting results to stakeholders
Create and manage fleet analytics pipelines to systematically identify issues
