Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Extensive experience in corporate recruiting, RPO, or agency recruiting with proven track record
Proficiency in recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and social media tools
Knowledge of core HR principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition
End-to-end recruiting experience (preferred: experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry)
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers
English and Japanese fluency (JLPT N1 or business-level Japanese required)
Hybrid work in Tokyo, Japan (on-site elements)

Responsibilities

Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position requirements and provide relevant market data and recommendations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies
Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements, provide lists of top candidates, and build talent pipelines
Maintain candidate interest and provide timely updates throughout the entire recruitment process
Partner with hiring managers to determine offer details, supporting recommendations with market data and compensation guidelines
Mentor and support recruiters and team members
