Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Facility Management, or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate and facilities
Deep understanding of property law, project management, and facility strategy
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of the company’s real estate and facilities, including property acquisition, asset management, facility maintenance, and relationships with property owners and vendors
Manage the portfolio of owned and leased properties
Ensure compliance with local and national property regulations
Oversee facility operations including building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
Develop preventive maintenance plans and facility repair schedules
Ensure facilities support productivity and workplace safety
Manage renovation and construction projects
Ensure all facilities comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct regular HSE audits and follow up on findings for continuous improvement
Coordinate with corporate HSE teams and external regulators to ensure compliance
Lead the facilities team, including technicians and administrative staff
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work culture
Draft and manage contracts with external vendors for cleaning, security, maintenance, and other services
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance
Help prepare and manage budgets for facility and real estate operations
Conduct cost analysis and operational efficiency reviews
Collaborate with program, finance, legal, and HR teams to meet facility and property needs
Support strategic company initiatives through optimal workspace management
