Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of the quality management system for the Millersburg site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer expectations
  • Supervise and develop capable personnel to accomplish objectives
  • Work with division leadership to support quality initiatives and goals
  • Work closely with site leaders and other quality heads to improve quality systems
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve difficult situations and navigate resolutions from a quality perspective
  • Coordinate with diverse teams to establish an all-encompassing quality assurance framework
  • Conduct regular Gemba, skip level, and 1:1 meetings to maintain high staff engagement
  • Implement strategic plans, continuous improvement tactics, and maintain compliance
