Responsibilities

Report to Manager of Engineering
Partner with developers during the design/architecture phase to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and risk coverage early in the lifecycle (shift-left)
Design and implement automated tests for new features in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud security, expanding coverage beyond functionality to include performance, resiliency, longevity/soak, and scalability
Develop automation frameworks in a CI/CD environment to ensure fast, safe releases
Promote quality practices and process improvements to increase the reliability and security of our solutions
