Strong experience with automated testing (unit, integration, system, end-to-end tests) using tools like C#, Cypress, and Playwright
Experience performing manual testing
Experience with non-functional testing (performance, resilience, security)
Ability to produce detailed test cases
Clear communication and ability to mentor when leading quality initiatives
Comfortable balancing manual and automated testing in cross-functional teams
Active participation in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies, providing insights on quality and testing progress

Responsibilities

Work closely with developers, BAs, and scrum teams to embed testing in every stage of delivery
Lead quality initiatives and continuously improve software build and delivery processes
Design and implement automated tests
Support manual and non-functional testing (performance, resilience, security)
Produce detailed test cases
Participate in sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies, providing guidance on quality and testing progress
Research new technologies and make suggestions/contributions for improving testing, quality, and delivery
