Requirements

  • Strong experience with automated testing (unit, integration, system, end-to-end tests) using tools like C#, Cypress, and Playwright
  • Experience performing manual testing
  • Experience with non-functional testing (performance, resilience, security)
  • Ability to produce detailed test cases
  • Clear communication and ability to mentor when leading quality initiatives
  • Comfortable balancing manual and automated testing in cross-functional teams
  • Active participation in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies, providing insights on quality and testing progress
  • Curiosity to explore and research new testing tools/technologies and suggest improvements
  • Nice to have: 1+ year developer experience and eagerness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with developers, BAs, and scrum teams to embed testing in every stage of delivery
  • Lead quality initiatives and continuously improve software build and delivery processes
  • Design and implement automated tests
  • Support manual and non-functional testing (performance, resilience, security)
  • Produce detailed test cases
  • Participate in sprint planning and other Agile ceremonies, providing guidance on quality and testing progress
  • Research new technologies and make suggestions/contributions for improving testing, quality, and delivery
