Requirements

Candidates should possess strong experience in software quality assurance, specializing in areas such as test planning, QA automation, performance, or security testing. Expertise in relevant tools like Playwright, WebDriver, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, Mocha, or OWASP Zap is required. Previous experience as a team lead or mentor, guiding and supporting QA engineers, is also necessary, along with a solid understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and QA processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior QA Automation Engineer will provide expertise in test planning, automation, performance, and security testing. They will collaborate with the Director of Software Quality to define and implement quality strategies and best practices. This role involves leading and mentoring QA engineers, reviewing test cases and automation code for quality standards, and planning and executing test strategies for comprehensive coverage. The engineer will also work with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into the development lifecycle, identify and implement improvements to testing processes, tools, and methodologies, conduct training on QA best practices, and define KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
