Requirements

Expertise in tools like Playwright, WebDriver, Cypress, Selenium, Jest, Mocha, or OWASP Zap is required, along with prior experience as a team lead or mentor. A solid understanding of software development, agile methodologies, and QA processes is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior QA Automation Engineer will provide expertise in test planning, automation, performance, and security testing, collaborating with the Director of Software Quality to define and implement quality strategies. They will lead and mentor QA engineers, review test cases and automation code, and plan and execute test strategies to ensure comprehensive coverage. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into the development lifecycle, identifying and implementing improvements to testing processes, and conducting training on QA best practices. Additionally, they will define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
