Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Natural Science, Environmental Engineering or related field
5+ years of environmental consulting experience or PCA experience
Phase 1 & 2 experience, Subsurface investigation experience, Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred
Valid Driver’s License
Physical ability to comfortably walk around active job sites in an efficient manner
Proficient using a Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat)
Ability to walk around active job sites, stopping, standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, sitting for extended periods
Comfortable working in confined spaces after receiving proper training and certification
Ability to enter, access, and inspect underground stormwater structures

Responsibilities

Lead EC Division's Due Diligence practice
Complete business development work to find new business for Phase 1 ESAs, Phase 2 ESAs, PCAs (Property Condition Assessments), and subsurface investigation services
Coordinate and oversee Phase 1 & 2 ESA, Subsurface Investigations, and PCA field inspections and final reporting
Perform technical inspection work as needed
Interview and make recommendations on new hires and independent contractors as workload increases
Learn Salesforce sufficiently to prepare and submit proposals to clients
Follow up with potential clients to complete scope review and gain feedback on proposals to win business
Coordinate with other internal Division team members for Red Tape Due Diligence services
Provide extremely high level of service to clients to differentiate from industry competitors
Aggressively network with decision makers throughout development, banking, and AEC industries
