Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management, or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. They must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects, along with experience in managing multiple contractual types such as lump sum, cost plus, GMP, unit price, design-build, and time and material. Holding certifications like BICSI RCDD is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will align business objectives, strategically plan, and proactively allocate resources to partner with and support the customer within a holistic risk and safety management program. They will manage assigned projects according to schedule, effectively manage subcontractor/vendor performance, and implement installation strategies to ensure compliance with contract documents, schedule, and budget. Furthermore, the role requires promoting company Core Values, fostering a culture of employee empowerment, and adhering to safe work practices while traveling as needed.
