Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial architecture projects, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, and preferably being a Licensed Architect or in the process of obtaining licensure. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required, along with knowledge of Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will deliver innovative design projects through all phases, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. You will lead internal and external teams, be financially responsible for projects by adhering to budgets and workplans, oversee the development of contract documents, serve as the primary client contact, and represent Ware Malcomb at design review meetings and project presentations. Additionally, you will assemble consultant teams, assist in proposal writing, coordinate with accounting and QC teams, and provide construction services such as site visits and shop drawing reviews, while also mentoring junior project members and updating project planners weekly.
