Requirements

Tertiary education in civil engineering, construction or similar
Extensive experience on site working on a range of marine focused works (ideal)
Ability to manage and drive program (ideal)
High level of competency around contracts/financial management & team leadership (ideal)
Well-developed communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, local authorities, internal staff and clients
Willingness to work in Port Hedland on a FIFO basis on a two week on, one week off roster

Responsibilities

Assist in set up and creation of documentation and systems for quality, safety, environmental
Support and provide technical assistance to supervisors and superintendents
Lead client/contractor meetings
Plan and design components of the job and use technical skills to resolve design challenges
Responsibilities and controls around financial & program management in line with project outcomes while managing project teams taking on leadership of cohorts
Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the team
Ensure that all quality and completion requirements are satisfied when transitioning finished works to the Client and Stakeholders
