Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Extensive experience and knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan (Planning: Tactical, Strategic)
Extensive experience and knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations (Problem Solving)
Working knowledge and understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs (Effective Communications)

Responsibilities

Track progress against program schedules and goals and develop solutions to program challenges
Oversee project processes and procedures while monitoring the productivity and performance of the project team
Prepare and present program-level reports to upper management
Design, establish, and monitor the organization’s project management goals
Collaborate with internal and external team members using a disciplined project management approach and coach them on their project-related roles and responsibilities
