  • 5+ years of project/program management experience in technical complex systems, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Product and Engineering, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and customer-facing product initiatives across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment and high-quality delivery
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; deep proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional Infotainment and connectivity programs
  • Ensure that all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the project plan with responsible owners and due dates
  • Drive alignment between engineering, product, and operations to define program scope, resource needs, and timelines
  • Track progress against milestones, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate between HW and SW teams for overall execution plan
  • Coordinate the VCU/Infotainment SW development plan across all vehicles for VCU releases
  • Work with Vehicle PMO on SW usage plans – mapping SW delivery to vehicle milestones
  • Manage the complexities amongst features and vehicle needs
  • Coordinate across hardware and software engineering, product management, and supply chain to support vehicle launch deliverables
  • Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making forums, driving alignment on critical tradeoffs and execution paths
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing insights into program status, resourcing, and schedule dependencies
