Experience in managing programs including electronics, software, and EO sensors on space or ground systems
Ability to manage multiple contracts, ensuring cost, risk, schedule, staffing resources, and technical performance
Capability to identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans, execute recovery plans, ensure timely resolution of issues, and track financial impacts
Experience working on unusually complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions
Ability to lead team(s) of engineers in planning and executing test events and resolving operational and technical issues
Proactive approach to completing tasks and meeting assignments

Responsibilities
