Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple contracts, ensuring cost, risk, schedule, staffing resources, and technical performance
  • Capability to identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans, execute recovery plans, ensure timely resolution of issues, and track financial impacts
  • Experience working on unusually complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions
  • Ability to lead team(s) of engineers in planning and executing test events and resolving operational and technical issues
  • Proactive approach to completing tasks and meeting assignments

Responsibilities
