Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5+ years test or product engineering, IC test programming experiences
  • Familiarity with mixed-signal IC test theory and manufacture process including wafer sort and final test
  • Familiarity with the hardware and software in ATE machine
  • Background with the data analysis and test yield improvement
  • Experience with the production management
  • Familiar with the burn-in theory and manufacture process (plus)
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively across different functional teams and subcontractors
  • Good organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Sustain the test program of mature products and release it into the production line successfully
  • Drive factory key performance index & metrics measurement for periodic review
  • Work with the subcontractors for continuous process improvement
  • Collaborate the engineering activities with the functional team and the subcontractor
  • Manage the manufacturing, engineering and quality issues on the production line
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action on production issues
  • Identify and fixing manufacturing problems
  • Identify process, material and test program issues
