Responsibilities

Leverage deep expertise in cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal processes, as well as blockchain technology, to drive product improvements
Design and manage compliance-related product features, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements
Gather and analyze user feedback to optimize product features and continuously enhance the user experience
Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to evaluate feature effectiveness, identify key trends, and propose iterative enhancements
Conduct in-depth monitoring of key conversion metrics, diagnosing performance issues through data analysis and providing actionable recommendations
Generate and present regular product data reports, identifying growth drivers and delivering strategic insights to guide product development
