Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Strong stakeholder management experience, with a track record of effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire product lifecycle for Web-related requests, from initial confirmation to successful release
Leverage deep expertise in cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal processes, as well as blockchain technology, to drive product improvements
Design and manage compliance-related product features, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements
Gather and analyze user feedback to optimize product features and continuously enhance the user experience
Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to evaluate feature effectiveness, identify key trends, and propose iterative enhancements
Conduct in-depth monitoring of key conversion metrics, diagnosing performance issues through data analysis and providing actionable recommendations
Generate and present regular product data reports, identifying growth drivers and delivering strategic insights to guide product development
