Requirements

Experienced Senior Product Manager with expertise in building data products with significant scale and complexity
Experience supporting both external and internal customers
Ability to create and execute product roadmaps
Strong collaboration skills with engineers, data engineers, data science teams, other product managers (locally and globally), Customer Success, Operations, and cross-functional teams
Self-starter, detail-oriented, continuous learner, and systems thinker
Enjoys breaking complex problems into smaller steps for iterative product development
Ability to coordinate cross-department initiatives and drive them to completion

Responsibilities

Create and own the product roadmap for your charter, aligning to the overall business and product strategy to build and scale Arcadia’s energy data products
Define, prioritize, and build product initiatives and features that improve the scale, quality, and reliability of data systems, tools, and applications
Define detailed data pipeline flows that handle diverse, complex, and potentially messy data sets, pulling them together into clear, usable data for products and workflows
Build product experiences for support and operations teams using the data
Write clear and detailed product requirements understandable by technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate cross-functionally with peers in Engineering, Operations, and Data Science to deliver products on time
Uncover insights from analytics, data, and use cases from cross-functional partners in Customer Success, Operations, and other departments
Constantly monitor and update progress of initiatives to relevant stakeholders and the leadership team
