Requirements

5+ years building and shipping software as part of a cross-functional product team
Comfortable discussing technical architecture and tradeoffs with engineering to scope work and navigate constraints
Experience using product analytics and BI tools to analyze behavior, identify opportunities, and evaluate launches
Strong communicator—clear, concise, and able to tailor your message across audiences (clinical, technical, internal, external, or executive)
Thrives in a startup environment, willing to tackle multiple challenges at once
Willing and able to travel domestically for periodic customer visits
Experience in health tech (preferred)
Experience working on platform products and connecting them to broader business objectives (preferred)

Responsibilities

Own a multi-quarter platform roadmap across software and hardware that ties directly to business goals
Work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and GTM teams to align and execute
Break down complex problems, set clear milestones, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes
Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to guide prioritization, shape recommendations, and measure impact
Center decisions around user needs — both senior living operators and Sage teammates and proactively test and validate improvements
