What you bring

  • Experience: Experienced Senior Product Manager with a track record of leading platform products featuring shared UI components and data models.
  • Environment Acumen: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in intense startup or scale-up environments, navigating ambiguity and driving clear outcomes.
  • Enterprise Focus: Solid understanding of onboarding enterprise customers with large data sets.
  • Ownership: Able to take full ownership of a topic, driving it independently end-to-end, with minimal oversight, and proactively involving partners and stakeholders as needed.
  • Platform Experience: Experience building a platform product to support multiple products, various users, and configuration options.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills working with multiple stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Decision Making: Great judgment to make strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions.
  • Data-Driven: Data-driven product manager with experience setting and tracking goals to achieve results (experience with Mixpanel and/or Sigma advantageous).
  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with HR technology or related industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the People Foundations product development team.
  • Drive product development from problem discovery to post-launch iterations, ensuring high product quality and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful product releases that deliver results at speed and scale.
  • Clear communication of product priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to align product goals with broader company objectives, driving tangible improvements to business metrics.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Own key product KPIs and deliver results that positively impact company performance.
