About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a new initiative: Ondo Chain. This project aims to build core 0-1 web3 infrastructure to establish Ondo as the world’s foremost Real World Asset (RWA) blockchain platform. This role will support third-party institutions and developers building on Ondo. It requires a deep understanding of DeFi protocols and blockchain architecture. Prior experience in web3 is essential.
Responsibilities
- Own, scope, and execute on a roadmap to develop novel RWA web3 infrastructure for Ondo.
- Prioritize and ship a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) by the end of the year, iterating based on feedback.
- Collaborate with existing web3 protocols, developers, and institutions to understand pain points and interpret feature requests.
- Define a world-class developer experience for new Ondo infrastructure/protocols.
- Utilize metrics, industry trends, and developer/consumer insights to identify and execute on new opportunities.
- Provide product and technical depth to update external developer documentation.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols and blockchain architecture.
- Relevant work or founder experience in web3 is essential.
- Bonus points for experience with Cosmos SDK or L1/L2 blockchains.
