Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
Experience working within fast paced dynamic teams in a startup environment
A get-it-done mindset with a very high bias for action; resourceful and happy to be hands-on and undaunted by multiple dependencies both internal and external
Demonstrated ability to independently guide a product roadmap, solving problems without well-defined direction

Responsibilities

Responsibility for driving KPI growth outcomes through ownership of the product roadmap, execution, and product performance for Brigit’s Instant Cash product
Manage the entire product life cycle from planning to execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Data Science, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to develop product design and rapidly ship new capabilities and features to customers
Structure and improve your team’s processes to enhance execution velocity, making tactical tradeoffs between business priorities and resources
Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
