Responsibilities

Define and execute a roadmap to drive patient growth through investments in new patient onboarding and offering expansion
Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, growth, clinical, operations, and legal teams to build scalable solutions
Leverage analytics and user insights to uncover friction points and prioritize high-impact opportunities using A/B testing, funnel analysis, and qualitative research
Establish success metrics and regularly communicate learnings, results, and next steps to leadership and stakeholders
Champion patient empathy in every growth decision ensuring that conversion wins also enhance trust, safety, and overall patient experience
Lead a cross-functional team day-to-day in building new features and capabilities, launching new offerings, validating hypotheses, and driving product excellence
