Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in product management or strategy consulting, preferably within the fintech, alternative assets, collecting, or investing spaces
  • Confirmed ability to define and complete sophisticated product roadmaps through effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Thrive in an ambiguous environment, influence without authority, and make informed tradeoffs based on incomplete data
  • Demonstrated success in driving innovation and delivering high-quality customer experiences using a structured, customer-centric, and data-driven approach

Responsibilities

  • Establish yourself as a leader with vision in the alternative assets space, crafting and advocating for a product strategy that improves investment and collecting experiences, driven by customer needs, business goals, market trends, and competitor insights
  • Collaborate with engineering, develop, research, analytics, marketing, legal, operations, customer support, and business units to successfully deliver on the product roadmap
  • Establish key success metrics, regularly report on product performance, insights, and risks to eBay leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals
  • Gain the trust of the Collectibles and Goldin engineering teams by deeply understanding backend systems and driving technical decisions that unblock feature development
  • Take ownership of the FinTech and alternative assets ecosystem, ensuring that the voices of collectors and investors are at the forefront of all product decisions across eBay
