Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of Product Management experience directing strategy and execution of SaaS, Enterprise or security products, or 10+ years in IT Management with 8+ years of increasing responsibility in related roles. Experience with Unified Endpoint Management, specifically in managing Apple ecosystem of products, including Macs, iPhones, and iPads, is required. Strong knowledge of IT-related technologies such as osquery, compliance standards (NIST, CIS, SOC2, HIPAA), MDM, UEM or software management, threat detection, and cybersecurity is needed. Domain knowledge in security (Ex: Zero Trust, IAM, User Directories, Software defined perimeter, security policies etc.) and experience developing products and services for Apple environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will engage cross-functional stakeholder groups and work with customers to ensure product needs are met. They will collaborate with Software Architects, user experience and research, marketing, business analytics, and other cross functional teams to define products with great customer experience, aligning the roadmap and application of KPIs across products. The role involves communicating the product vision through outbound communications and to senior leadership and customers. The Senior Product Manager will drive decisions and prioritization, informed by customer and market data, while balancing vision and pragmatism. They will also oversee execution and key outcomes related to device management for all supported platforms.
