Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a product-related occupation. Strong experience in refining product backlogs, requirements, and deliverables is required, along with experience in analyzing business processes, workflow design, implementation, and store operations. The ability to determine ROI on product capabilities and deliverables, define product requirements and definitions, and develop product roadmap and project plans is also necessary. Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha, and experience designing tools like Lucid Charts and Miro are required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead the creation of an end-to-end product/platform vision and multi-year roadmap for a function in partnership with engineering teams and the business, collaborating with all stakeholders to understand business needs and outcomes. They will elicit requirements using various methods, plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, ensure roadmaps account for dependencies, and collaborate with cross-team product managers. The role involves providing strategic advice, utilizing a customer-centric mindset, developing product and platform strategies, driving execution steps, creating product and user stories, tracking delivered value and product adoption, and ensuring product maturity throughout the Tech Team. They will also bring market and industry insights to platform and product strategy, and drive adherence to standard Product Management ways of working.
