Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management (Option 1), or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area (Option 2)
  • Experience working through a full product lifecycle
  • User story writing skills
  • User journey mapping
  • Wireframing
  • Creating workflow diagrams
  • Written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex problems and evangelize strategy and roadmap to stakeholders
  • Domain knowledge in warehouse technology, warehouse controls and execution systems, omnichannel experience
  • Comfortable understanding a product’s tech stack and engaging in effective technical discussions with engineering partners
  • Previous experience working in a highly automated Fulfillment Center/Distribution Center environment (preferred)
