Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points; analyze data to inform product decisions and improve user experience
  • Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for payments products
  • Set the vision and direction for the product; identify opportunities for cross-product collaboration, standardization, and unification of product lines; execute strategies
  • Own the Product Line Operating Reviews on a quarterly basis
  • Lead product end-to-end as part of dedicated squads throughout the development cycle, including discovery and go-to-market
  • Be the expert on the product and customer; know the product inside and out, understand users and their needs; participate in market/technical design sessions, prototypes, and iteration planning
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, prioritization, and timely decision-making
  • Identify progressive product features leveraging forward-thinking technology, data, and tools (e.g., ML or AI) for differentiated value in accounts receivables
  • Drive progress from ideation to launch: gather requirements, create product requirement documents and technical specifications, conduct user testing, and develop launch strategy
  • Define and prioritize product/feature backlog, develop epics, and write user stories
  • Create customer-facing and internal documents, presentations, articles, and training
  • Deliver brand-new products, drive data-led experiments, and iterate existing experiences
  • Promote continuous improvement
