Requirements

  • 5+ years’ proven experience in Product Development in the Server/Board related, Consumer Product industry and/or backend product manufacturing experiences
  • Deep technical knowledge in Hardware and/or Software Engineering / Embedded Product Development
  • MS in EE, CE, CS, Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with board design/manufacturing/analyze
  • Highly results oriented, problem solver and excellent team-mate
  • Knowledge of interpersonal structure, workflow, and operating procedures
  • Ability to work in cross-site and cross-cultural environment
  • Proficient in English language and good at Chinese

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for NVIDIA board team product management, including product yield management
  • Drives and ensure product engineering implementation, maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products
  • Product change control and build management
  • Product failure debug and resolution over TOP issues
  • Supervise NVIDIA board products’ quality and yield goals, and take corrective actions if needed
  • Work with hardware design, validation, software and product engineers to characterize product, address bugs, improve product quality
  • Onsite support over global CM sites
