Responsibilities

  • Shape the user experience. Work with cross-functional partners to define problems, connect insights to strategy, and turn ideal experiences into testable solutions
  • Design end-to-end. Move fluidly between scrappy prototypes and polished UI, bringing the right fidelity at the right time to make complex ideas feel simple
  • Balance data and intuition. Collaborate with Research and Analytics to test, learn, and measure impact, and know when to trust your gut
  • Collaborate for cohesion. Work with fellow designers to keep the system clear, consistent, and aligned with our shared vision
  • Raise the bar. Contribute to systems, rituals, and critique culture that make our collective work better
