Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design expertise across web and mobile platforms, 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments, experience designing and executing large-scale projects from concept to launch, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research and testing, proven experience designing mobile applications that have been published and are live, proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch, and a keen understanding of design systems. Strong collaboration and communication skills, the ability to present work confidently to stakeholders, self-motivation, and the capability to lead design efforts with minimal guidance, and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design discussions and define strategy for key product initiatives, translating user needs into intuitive and scalable solutions, collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to drive work from discovery through delivery, execute thoughtful, high-quality design work with a strong attention to detail, ensuring alignment with FieldEdge's goals and Xplor’s broader design system, own user research efforts — plan, conduct, and synthesize insights to inform your designs and improve the user experience, design seamless, user-friendly mobile experiences for both iOS and Android platforms, confidently present your work and rationale to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, adapt communication to your audience, participate and facilitate design critiques, encouraging feedback and collaboration across teams, mentor junior designers and contribute to team culture, growth, and shared learning, and contribute to and evolve design systems, pattern libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency across the platform.
