Requirements

5+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work
Experience working with KYC in compliance-heavy industries
Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions
Data-informed approach using both quantitative and qualitative data, experience with A/B testing and experimentation, as well as being impact driven
Balanced approach to design decisions considering user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility
Knowledge of prototyping tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners
Open-minded and collaborative, with an eagerness to learn from feedback and iterate on designs

Stay ahead of emerging trends, using customer insights to refine and advance design direction
Contribute actively to design reviews, both seeking and offering constructive, supportive feedback that helps raise team-wide standards
