Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional Product Design experience, with a focus on designing developer experiences for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools, including effective use of AI in product design, is essential. Demonstrated interest in crypto products and experience working collaboratively with engineers, user researchers, and product teams are also required. Fluency in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication is expected, along with a low ego, collaborative, and open-minded approach.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will work within a small team to iteratively improve developer experience, taking new features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production. They will design simple and intuitive web and mobile experiences, participate in design reviews to incorporate feedback, and execute on the product roadmap while helping to define product strategy. Daily collaboration with Engineering, User Research, and Product teams is a key aspect of this role.
