Requirements

  • Senior level experience in product design, with a focus on B2B or SaaS products
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently from discovery through to delivery
  • Strong experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications
  • Advanced skills in Figma (including component libraries, prototyping, and design systems)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity, and pushing for quality in a fast-paced, multi-product environment
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, user empathy, and elegant execution

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy by translating user needs and business goals into elegant, scalable designs
  • Design across two industries (education and dry cleaning), ensuring cohesive experiences and visual consistency
  • Collaborate across time zones with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders from discovery through delivery
  • Own the end-to-end design process, from ideation, research, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to dev handoff and QA
  • Conduct and synthesise user research to guide product direction
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to support accessibility and global scale
  • Facilitate workshops and design critiques, helping teams align around shared goals and user outcomes
  • Mentor other designers and foster a culture of creative excellence
