The Opportunity

As a Product Designer at Qualified, you’ll design products pushing the boundaries of pipeline generation. You’ll collaborate with top product minds and engineers, including those who built Salesforce, Do.com, and GetFeedback.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with product owners, engineering, and design to create new features and products.
  • Iterate quickly on prototypes and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Ensure the product team consistently raises the bar for UX.
  • Utilize strategic product thinking to understand objectives, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on their impact on the company.

Your Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience working directly with product and engineering teams to ship real features.
  • Enjoy molding ambiguous problems into clear goals.
  • Value handcrafted visual design and have an eye for detail.
  • User experience is always top of mind.
  • Proficiency in designing, prototyping, and collaborating using Figma.
  • Understanding of the process to ship a polished experience, working closely with engineering counterparts.
  • 2+ years of B2B design experience is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of modern sales and marketing processes in tech.
  • Experience with or interest in data visualization.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects/teams simultaneously.
  • Understanding of the current landscape of Generative AI and LLMs.
