Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on automation or complex software solutions. Strong experience with user research, UX strategy, and design systems is required, along with a demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives and influence product direction. Familiarity with AI and its application in user experiences is also desired.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the overall design strategy and customer experience for the Automations team, conducting user research, developing wireframes, flow journeys, interface designs, and detailed specifications. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate conceptual ideas into meaningful user experiences, leveraging AI to create dynamic and personalized solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to UX strategy, set a design vision for your team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design work across the product ecosystem.
