With Jobber they can quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments from their customers, while providing an easy and professional customer experience. Running a small business today isn’t like it used to be—the way we consume and deliver service is changing rapidly, technology is evolving, and customers expect more. That’s why we put the power and flexibility in their hands to run their businesses how, where, and when they want!
Our culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation has been recognized by Great Place to Work, Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, and more. Jobber has also been named on the Globe and Mail’s Canada’s Top Growing Companies list, and Deloitte Canada’s Technology Fast 50™, Enterprise Fast 15, and Technology Fast 500™ lists. With an Executive team that has over thirty years of industry experience of leading the way, we’ve come a long way from our first customer in 2011—but we’ve just scratched the surface of what we want to accomplish for our customers.
As an instrumental part of the larger Product Development team on Platforms & Partnerships and a member of the wider Design Team, you’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to drive innovation and achieve goals for our business and our customers. Product Design at Jobber is decentralized, meaning you’ll work as a design leader in tandem with a specific peer group of Engineers and Product Managers on the Automations team. In this position, you will be a design leader on our Automations team, empowering small businesses to get more done, better manage their clients, and get paid faster – while considering how AI can play a role in your work. You will influence and shape the overall design strategy and customer experience in the spirit of helping customers do more with less manual work. Ultimately, your work will help create a new future for our customers by understanding their distinct challenges and crafting intelligent automation solutions.
As a Product Designer at Jobber, you will work to turn conceptual ideas into meaningful user experiences. In this role you will be empowered to drive both UI & UX for automations, while collaborating with our Content Design and Design Systems members to achieve success. You will uncover user and business problems and turn them into polished interfaces and amazing experiences through customer research and validation. Lastly, you’ll report to a Design Director focused on developing your work, challenging your assumptions and supporting your success – all in the spirit of helping you grow further in your career.
