Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of Product Design experience, exemplary product thinking abilities, solutions orientation, and the capability to work autonomously, along with a proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users. Strong attention to detail and mastery over visual design, interaction design, and prototyping are required, alongside cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience. Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools is also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Designer will contribute to the overall direction and decision-making for product and design strategy, own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution, work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and XFN peers to help define and execute on the product roadmap, design web and mobile experiences, and participate in regular design critiques to receive and provide feedback on design work.
