Responsibilities

  • Own the design process end-to-end in the Admin team
  • Identify opportunities to improve the product experience and make users better at what they do

  • Drive user research initiatives, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions
  • Establish and evolve design patterns and systems that scale across the Admin platform, ensuring consistency while accommodating edge cases and technical requirements
  • Balance technical complexity and constraints with intuitive user experience, partnering closely with engineering during implementation to provide feedback and make pragmatic tradeoffs
  • Communicate design rationale effectively to diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership, building alignment around user-driven solutions
