Requirements

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end user experience for our products, from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff
Collaborate closely with engineers, founders, and users to shape product direction and interaction models
Translate complex trading mechanics and data into intuitive, performant user interfaces
Establish and maintain design standards and consistency across Phoenix and future products
Incorporate feedback, user research, and usage data to inform continuous iteration
Own the company and product brand
