Responsibilities

  • Design and own the end-to-end buyer experience across iOS, Android, and Web, using research and data to validate decisions and ensure high-quality execution
  • Drive strategy and execution of core product areas including onboarding, discovery, purchase experience, and checkout
  • Champion user needs through research and data analysis to identify problems and design high-impact solutions
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to define roadmaps and ideate new features and improvements
  • Advocate for design excellence by consistently applying UX principles and raising the bar for craft across the company
  • Contribute to and evolve the Tilt Design System and brand identity to establish a cohesive visual and interaction language
  • Lead design culture by mentoring team members, establishing design processes and rituals, and setting standards for the whole team
  • In 0–3 months: Build deep understanding of product, customers, and market; lead end-to-end design and delivery of key features; partner to uncover opportunities; assess and improve design processes; collaborate with marketing and growth
  • In 3+ months: Act as key decision-maker in product strategy; lead and elevate design processes; drive high-craft culture; own and evolve methodologies for fast exploration, validation, and building; champion evidence-driven decision-making
