Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of professional Product Design experience, with demonstrated expertise in designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile platforms. They must exhibit excellence in product thinking, visual design, and written communication, alongside exemplary cross-functional skills and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools is also required, as is an interest in crypto and/or financial products.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Designer will work in a small team to iteratively improve user experience, taking features from ideation through prototyping and user testing to production. They will design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive, partner with the Design Systems team to document design patterns, participate in design reviews, execute on the product roadmap, and collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, and XFN partners to define product strategy.
