Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in product design or a related field. A strong online portfolio showcasing exceptional product thinking and craftsmanship is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in product design and a proven track record of delivering impactful products. Strong visual design skills and hands-on experience in crafting compelling user interfaces are necessary, as well as expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Abstract. Proficiency in prototyping and effectively communicating design concepts using tools like InVision, Principle, or Framer is essential, along with experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product features.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Designer will champion design excellence by delivering artifacts that set the standard from ideation to validated prototypes. They will collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to develop information architecture, user stories, customer journey maps, and wireframe flows. The designer will transform wireframes into high-fidelity interfaces and conduct thorough user behavior interviews during the engineering development phase to maintain design integrity. Analyzing user behavior and pain points through regular review of usage data and participating in key internal meetings to provide valuable insights and contribute to strategic planning sessions are also key responsibilities.
