Requirements

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Min. 3 years of experience in cost controlling, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Advanced SAP skills (FI, CO, COPA), SAP Product Costing
Knowledge of SAP (MM, SD) is a benefit
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills in English
Service-oriented mindset and collaborative approach fostering teamwork

Responsibilities

Controlling and managing Product Costing activities on cost center level to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting
Perform month-end close tasks including production variance and purchase price analysis
Lead annual recovery rate calculations and follow-ups
Conduct monthly revaluation and analysis of inventory using periodic unit price (moving average price)
Oversee regular production settlements and ensure correct Bill of Materials and routings for standard cost accuracy
Review Balance Sheet and P&L impacts related to inventory flows and contribution margins
Maintain and enhance internal controls for Product Costing processes in line with SOX requirements
Analyze large datasets for Product Costing insights and reconciliation
Prepare and deliver monthly reports with actionable recommendations
Propose system and procedural improvements for greater efficiency
