Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a field such as statistics, computer science, data science, business analytics, or a related technical discipline, and possess at least five years of product analytics experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Proficiency in SQL and experience querying complex, large-scale datasets are essential, along with advanced analytics techniques including behavioral analytics, segmentation, experimentation (A/B testing), and predictive modeling.
The Senior Product Analyst will define and measure product success KPIs such as MAU, adoption, retention, and churn, proactively contribute a data-driven perspective to product strategy as a thought partner, leverage dashboards and data analysis to inform and optimize product strategies, develop and maintain key product dashboards using Sigma to improve self-service initiatives, and communicate intricate data insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and conciseness to diverse audiences.
