Requirements

  • Some experience in a data-led, fast paced environment (e.g. consulting, banking, start-up)
  • Analytical with excellent attention to detail
  • Quantitative background, natural at turning data into insight to make decisions
  • Strong experience using SQL and basic understanding of Python
  • Some experience using Tableau or other BI tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI)
  • Ability to communicate insights succinctly, stick to key results and influence upwards, downwards and sideways

Responsibilities

  • Support the Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering team to improve data warehouse and data migration to Redshift
  • Generate key insights from the data warehouse to help product managers drive product development
  • Pair with product managers to design and implement A/B tests in live customer journeys
  • Model and forecast the impact of changes being driven
  • Work collaboratively with product managers, software engineers, designers and credit analysts to reach the best solution
  • Support the merchant and client success team by sharing insights on product commercial data
  • Take ownership of projects, monitor key metrics and identify new opportunities
